Attitude

Sydney has been so funny lately. Turning into a little girl. Today we went to the grocery store - Sydney did amazing! Followed instructions and kept "hand on the cart". She was so sweet, even after breaking a carton of eggs :)

We went walking too. London just sits there and sucks her thumb, which is the cutest thing I have ever seen!!!!!

Little girls

These are not the best photos of my girls - see the scratches London gives herself while sleeping and my very blurry camera with Sydney. STILL - this is a very real glimpse of what life is actually like. I try to take pictures of things as I go through out the day. London's hair looks sooo oily. The truth is that I usually wash her hair once a week and then give her a quick body bath during the week. With sydney I will do the same. Sydney really hates me doing her hair, so when I actually do it. I try to make it last a week and then I can just do her pigtails. I hate hair in my girls face, mostly because I hate hair in MY face. I remember with Sydney I would not dare to put a little elastic in her hair, but with London, I just like it being away from her eyes.

Babies

Today was a good day. I got my haircut, cleaned the house, went to story time. We had Casey and randy Limbert over for dinner. It was super fun. The only sad thing was that Sydney accidentally smacked me with the ipad and split my upper lip. Boo! My babies are growing up fast. Don't get wrong - the newborn stage is not missed but I see my girls growing and I just want to remember when I was their entire world and they loved it. London is such a cutie. We play his game where she tries to "eat" me. She smiles and her little mouth is so big and happy. Even though she drools on me I always come back for more. She loves to be in my arms and is so mellow. I love you London and Sydney.

ps. so about a day after I wrote this post I was giving Sydney a bath and guess what? She poop IN THE BATHTUB. I was feeding London when I went to check on Sydney and saw big, BROWN spots. EEEEUUGGG. So I pulled her  out, had to wash the entire bathtub and all the bath toys. It was sooo nasty. I just thought it was so funny after writing such a sweet post. lol

Swimming

Poor London keeps scratching herself. I attempted to cut her nails yesterday only to cut her. We both cried. Yesterday was just a rough day - but today, today ROcKS! It's Amazing how quickly things and moods can change. For me and my girls a good nap can change the entire world. We went swimming with mine ashby. Her community pool is amazing! The kiddy pool was just 12 inches and Sydney loved it.

Lately

We are the middle of a nasty case of teething. Both girls are teething, hurting, chomping, drooling and NEEDY! Our very calm London has become extremely fussy. Refuses to eat more than 4 oz and naps are all over the place. Days feel very long. On the upside the weather has been great. We have been doing lots of reading- Sydney has started to pretend read all a book called " that's my mommy". It's really cute. Today we did our school and Sydney was able to correctly recognize all 26 letters. Woohoo! She is loving our little school time.

Park visit

Today we went to a park. It was only us and it was super nice. Sydney played in the sand and London rolled over in our blanket. Today felt good and the girls and I got along. The afternoon nap was tough for both girls. They both went down right at 730.

Tomorrow I hang out with Melissa after my training session. My brother gets married in a month and I'm excited to go to Utah.

Today

Today we went to a surprise party for Kayla Thompsons birthday. Sydney got sick and threw up - boo. Ann and Sarah were so sweet to take London while I took Sydney to the doctor.

London started solids. It haven't been pretty lol. She loves to spit out the good. We are doing only a little for dinner. She looks so funny in her high chair!! Tyson got home, took Sydney on a walk while I fed London. After we out London down the three of us hung out in bed and read. We read our scriptures and Ty made puppets out of his hands - which Sydney found hilarious.
