Arizona Day 1 and Day 2

 

We flew into Arizona early Saturday morning. We picked up our car from Turo and drove to "Castle's and Coasters" - It was such a cute little amusement park. 

Then we drove to Goodyear and met Renee, had dinner and settled in. We took an evening walk and marveled at the pleasant weather. 

The next day, we had breakfast together, then we drove an hour to the Oasis Water Park. We got a private Beach Bed and it was so nice! We had private servers checkin on us. We stayed there the full 7 hours. Then we drove home, had dinner with Renne and went to bed.

Tyson started doing a really cute thing about 3 years ago - for Valentine's day, he gets ALL 3 of us cute items and write a personal note. This year he wanted to create a bouquet of candy for the girls and deliver them to the girls school - he wanted it to be a big deal. 

He bought all the stuff, made it look awesome and then did the delivery. the girls LOVED it. 

 

Superbowl 2024 + London Turns 11

 Hi London,

You turned 11 this year. You turned 11 on the 11th! Your Golden Birthday. And you had a BLAST since Sunday was also your birthday, the SuperBowl AND you were excited since Taylor Swifts boyfriend (Travis Kelcey) played AND WON!

This is just an example of how you are really coming into your personality. You still love cooking, you are outgrowing the Sticky Fingers classes and want something more "big time"

You are the top dog at school and 5th grade, but it's been a struggle with friends this year. You are worried about Middle School - but honestly, I think you are going got rock it. 

You still love a lot of hugs, kisses and a few times per month, you still end up sleeping on our floor right next to daddy. 

You still love babies and have a lot of caregiver energy to you. You are so good at planning and so good at thinking of different ideas. 

You are still very very very strong willed. Sometimes it can be so exhausting - but I also see how independent you are. 

You are both Spicy and SO sweet. You love to help but also demand that I know my stuff. You really do hold us to a high standard. 

I love you little London. I know you are meant to be part of our little family.

We also had a few people over to watch the Superbowl. We had yummy food and really relaxed. It was great.
