Utah Recap

We'll we did it. We spent just under a month in Utah. I'm so glad we went, but I'm so glad to be home.

This year was beyond amazing compared to last year. The girls were older and even though I worked I felt like it went much better. My mom was amazing this year, she really had the grandma thing down. She had fun activities planned, had food, and was just relaxed around the girls. Don'g get me wrong, she struggled at times and even  made Sydney cry and made her say "I want to go home" but honestly she was amazing. I can't recap all we did but  here is a quick list:

Zoo
Aquarium
Shopping
Grand America Brunch
Park City
Walking
The Parks
Spoiling the girl with clothes
Lots of Peppa Pig
Baths
Hanging out with Melynda and Niesha and Maren and Allison.
Worked and finished an online class.

The only sad thing was that London had massive skin issues, had a cut on her little butt crack and we watched as she constantly scratched  herself. It was so sad. We tried creams, giving her showers and although the butt crack thing healed, her overall skin seems really rough. I'm thinking she might be allergic, so I'll have to have her tested when we get home.

The funnest time was when we got to spend an entire day just with mom and fredy at Park City. It was amazing and we had such a bonding time doing the adventure course.

We headed to Logan after and the girls got to spend two days just with Grandma and Papa Gerber. They loved it. They loved chi chi and all the toys. We stayed in Logan and Sydney met her new best friend - Oaklen. She was just in love and played for hours and hours with him.

Working In Utah was really tricky. I would honestly get up around 5 amto work in SLC and then during naps. I also finished a course on 1ShoppingCart which took 7 hours to watch. There were days when I felt like I could not do the working mother thing, but then I focused on my goals and got back on the horse. At Logan Tyson helped me go out to coffee shops to work and it really helped.

Tyson worked in Logan toward taking stuff out of his old room and really struggled with it but is doing much much better once he stopped.

I missed Tyson a lot and it was a good reminder of how much we do together as  couple and how much we rely on each other. I love him and I'm so happy to have him as my husband.
