Day 1:
Woke up at 345 am and headed to the airport.
Flew to Charlotte and arrived at 12 PM. Had a 3-hour delay due plane issues. We did have a great time having lunch on the rocking chairs and trees inside the airport.
Finally arrived in Asheville around 5 PM ET.
Got the Toyota Prius we rented through Turo.
Went to dinner at White Duck Tacos. It was recommended by two different people. It was lovely right along the river and the food was SO yummy!
Check into the hotel around 7 PM.
Went to Walmart to pick up snacks, deet, hats, and sunscreens.
Went to bed - excited for the next day.
Our hotel was 4 minutes from the Biltmore entrance and next to a Starbucks. Great location.
