So October has been nice and busy. The middle of October was really swallowed up with the fact that I had the Conquer Conference and that went well, but also had several fires. Tyson was amazing and really took care of the girls for the three days that I was basically tied to my computer. We fed the missionaries. We've been going a lot of walks to our favorite places and watching the leaves change which we love. We had a Ward trunk or treat party at the end of October as well as just had people over to go trick-or-treating in our favorite neighborhood – Bradburn.
Denver has been unusually warm so we've been able to stay in the high 70s even past 20 October. So even though it gets darker now around 6 PM, we can still go on walks and we've been getting into the habit of taking flashlights on our walks. So we can still have time outside. And and I have been really loving going on our midday walks when we can during work. We are about to start getting all our patio stuff in for the winter and that makes me sad because I love love love love love our patio and so grateful for it. One funny thing that I have been doing is laying down on our turf in the back. It's nice and warm and it keeps me comfortable while I'm trying to soak up the sun.
On the 29th we celebrated Tyson's birthday. He turned 41 and it was a really low casual day. We both worked, but we did go out to eat with as a family and we are buying Tyson a new suit for Church for his birthday. It's funny how you get older birthdays are just a little different. But Tyson really has blossom and 40s are his best years yet. He isWise and kind and just has the right head on his shoulder. He leads her family and he has really matured into a wonderful husband and a really present and active dad. So don't get me wrong. It's exhausting to trying to do it all he does church work work work playing with the girls house I mean it's just a lot to be an adult. But he tries every day and he apologizes when he's wrong and he truly truly loves his family and I am so so grateful for that. I'm sure do love Tyson and I'm grateful that he is in our family.
