๐Ÿ“ธ July 2025 – Fireworks, Family, and Fire Walker Camp

July 2025 came in with a bang—and it never really slowed down! It was one of those jam-packed, joy-filled months where every week held a memory worth keeping forever.

We kicked off the month with a two-week adventure to Utah from July 4th to the 19th, and it was everything we hoped for and more. First stop: Bear Lake for a big family reunion! The cousins had a blast being together, and it was so good just to laugh, swim, and reconnect with everyone.

From there, we headed down to Salt Lake for more family time with Abuelita and Papa and the rest of the crew. We squeezed so much fun into those days:

  • We cooled off at Cowabunga Bay (yes, the lazy river got plenty of love).

  • Explored the University of Utah (maybe some future alumni in the making?)

  • Hiked beautiful trails, shopped a little too much, and caught up with the Ashby and Hammond families.

  • Oh, and how could we forget Uncle Martin’s massive taco truck party? Legendary!

  • We also had a laid-back barbecue at Uncle Julio’s house, where the kids ran around, the adults swapped stories, and the grill stayed hot all night.

Once we got back home, we had just enough time to unpack before the next big adventure: FIRE WALKER CAMP! The girls (and Tyson!) packed up again and headed out for four days of outdoor fun and unforgettable memories. This was no ordinary camp—it was three hours away and filled with next-level challenges.

  • The girls went rappelling, did trust falls, and rode in the backup trucks like pros.

  • Tyson got to be there the whole week, which made it extra special for everyone.
They came back tired but glowing—exactly how camp should be.

Back at home, Kingston got some solid family time, too. We had some big Saturdays with our favorite pup—taking him on walks, letting him hang out around the house, and just soaking up those sweet puppy moments. We’re getting more and more excited for him to fully come home soon!

All in all, July was about making memories—the kind that don’t always come from big events, but from being together. Whether it was chatting late into the night at the reunion, watching the kids conquer fears at camp, or walking the neighborhood with Kingston, July gave us moments that we’ll hold onto forever.

Here’s to more months like this one. ๐Ÿ’›
