On a positive note you have been practicing your part all week for the Primary program. You were so scared that you wouldn’t stand up and do your part at the microphone in the primary room. Well during dress rehearsal in the chapel you still wouldn’t get up so I tried convincing you by putting a Now and Later (piece of candy) on the pulpit and I stated if you said your part you could have it. Well you still didn’t do it. ☹ About 20 minutes later you were looking for me and you said you wanted the piece of candy and mom followed and said you were so brave and you decided you finally wanted to get up and say your part. You got up and said the first part which was your Name. “My name is London.”
I was proud of you because you were so scared. I decided to draw you pictures to help you with your part and I think it helped. Later that Sunday night, we had our self-reliance meeting that night and your confidence grew. You practiced 3 times and did your whole part. “My name is London and I will choose the right by being a good friend.
We practiced several times during the week. So much that you memorized your part! I could ask you at any moment and you would repeat it back no problem.
It was game day Sunday Sept 24th, 2017 You and Syndey had practiced and was ready. When it came time for you to do your part you didn’t turn around and be shy hiding by your teacher this time! You jumped up 3rd in line and you said your part. Sydney who I was also proud of didn’t need any help at all. She during the week of practice was speedy Gonzalez and would rattle off her part so fast you couldn’t even tell what she was saying. She was silly most of the time and wouldn’t sit still in her seat but game day for Sydney. She spoke slowly and clearly and you did perfect. Daddy and Mommy couldn’t have been more proud of our girls. It was fun seeing Sydney do the sign language to the songs. Especially the song “I will go I will do the things the lord commands”. Though most of the songs you two just sat and didn’t sing. LOL.. However, You both looked so cute. You had your knew UGG looking boots and beautiful dresses
